Why we built it
School audit preparation has long meant weeks of manual spreadsheets, recalculation and cross-checking — work that is exacting, repetitive and easy to get wrong. We started from a real school’s audit and rebuilt the whole process as software: read the source PDFs, apply the correct West Bengal rules, reconcile the numbers, and produce the exact forms an auditor expects.
The result turns a fortnight of preparation into a couple of hours, without asking anyone to trust a black box — every figure is reconciled and traceable back to its source.
